Ben Dearnley

Ben has been likened to a modern day Michelangelo, carving his timeless works from statuary marble. He is represented by the Belgravia Gallery, London and is considered to be 'one to watch' for the future. Ben's current project "Fragments of our time"; part of his "Avenue of Champions" collection will be shown in full for the first time this summer in Salisbury Cathedral from 23 June to 16 September 2012. This series of Olympic and Paralympic athletes captures the unique nature of the athlete, reflecting their commitment and excellence within their sport. On 22 May 2012, Ben's monumental carving- a three meter high public sculpture of the five times Olympian Mark Foster- will be unveiled in the city of Bath.
